I’m honored you’ve found your way here and proud of you for taking this step in your healing journey. As an Integrated, Somatic Therapist (licensed in Michigan) and Trauma Recovery, Somatic Coach (serving clients worldwide), I specialize in helping individuals move beyond survival patterns and into a regulated nervous system, connection, and growth. My work integrates mind-body education, helping clients understand where their nervous system may be “stuck” and how to restore balance through somatic awareness and practical tools for healing. With a holistic, whole-person approach, I support clients in nurturing every aspect of their well-being—mind, body, and spirit—while building safety, self-trust, and lasting transformation.
